Note From Dario Argento
Go to the [Special Features] menu (on disc 1), and you will see a knife at the bottom of the screen. Scroll [Down] to the [Main Menu] option, then click [Lef once to highlight the knife and press [Enter]. This will open up a hidden text screen with a note from Dario Argento.
